The museum has meeting spaces available for between 10 and 475 people. The museum has five spaces available to rent for events. The Card Room is 888 square feet and can accommodate up to 49 people. The Dye house is 2,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 175 people. The Spinning Room is 6,384 square feet and can accommodate up to 500 people. The Pleasant Grove Church, which dates back to 1858, can accommodate up to 100 people. The Mission Mill Grounds provide outdoor locations that can accommodate up to 200 people. Catering is available.

The Pavilion is 30,504 square feet with concrete floors and a dirt arena and can accommodate up to 2,800 people. The Horse Show Stadium is 20,000 square feet and seats 2,500 spectators. The Cascade Hall is 5,450 square feet with a concrete floor and can accommodate up to 400 people. The Heart of the Garden Building is 4,000 square feet with carpeted and concrete floors and can accommodate up to 220 people.

The 600 square foot meeting room can accommodate up to 77 people standing and has an outdoor patio.

The conference room has large dance floors and entertainment staging.
