The Milwaukie Center is located in the North Clackamas Park, which is also the home of the Sara Hite Memorial Rose Garden. The center has a variety of spaces available that can accommodate groups from 15 to 400 people. Kitchenettes are also available for use. The Sara Hite Rose Garden is available to rent for outdoor events and can accommodate up to 200 people. A large covered gazebo and canopies are available.
North Clackamas Aquatic Park

North Clackamas Aquatic Park is a fun place to visit with pools, water slides and a rock wall. The park is available to rent for events such as company picnics, graduations, and church functions. Both group rates (for more than 15 people) and private rentals or the park are available. The maximum capacity for the entire facility is 1,000 people. Meeting rooms are available.
Oaks Park

Oaks Park has a 5,000 square foot historic dance pavilion that is perfect for all sorts of events including weddings, banquets, office parties, reunions, and other celebrations. The capacity for the pavilion is between 375 and 450 people depending on the seating arrangements. Oaks Park also has picnic areas available to rent and a lovely outdoor area with an arch that is perfect for an outdoor wedding. Catering is available or outside caterers can be used.
