The Museum of Northern Arizona has three facilities available to rent for events such as weddings, receptions, conferences, meetings and retreats. The Historic Colton House complex has two meeting rooms, as well as multiple bedrooms where events can take place. The house also has a patio and a lawn that are available for outdoor events. The Branigar/ Chase Discovery Center has an auditorium with an adjacent outdoor courtyard that can accommodate up to 175 people, depending on the layout. Pearson Hall has a meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people.

The Arts and Crafts style home is over 13,000 square feet with forty rooms and servant’s quarters. Guided tours of the mansion are offered daily. The Veranda in the front yard of the mansions is available for weddings and events. The Veranda can accommodate up to 200 people. The Visitor’s Center is also available for events, from 5 to 9 pm. The Weatherford Hotel originally opened its doors in 1900. The hotel has been restored and has ten guestrooms available. The hotel has three spaces available for events. Charlie’s Pub and Grill has a full bar, great food, dance floors and seating for 135 people. Zane Grey Ballroom has an antique Brunswick bar, stained glass windows, fireplaces, great views and seating for 100 people. The Gopher Hall is currently being restored and will open in the fall of 2011. The Gopher Hall can accommodate groups of 200 people.
