The Egyptian Theatre is a 1,240 seat movie theater built to play silent movies in the 1920s. The theatre today shows movies, concerts, and plays. The theatre is available to rent for meetings, conventions, and other events.

The Marshfield High School Auditorium is available to rent for special events. The auditorium is the largest venue in Coos Bay seating 1,100 people. The auditorium has a proscenium stage with a thrust. A large dressing room, a small private dressing room, and an adjacent choir classroom are offered with the auditorium. A Steinway Piano is also available to rent.

Red Lion Hotel in Coos Bay is located on HWY 101 six blocks north of City Center. The 145-guestroom hotel has a fitness room, an outdoor pool and a whirlpool. The hotel has over 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The Umpqua Ballroom can accommodate events with up to 350 people. Two smaller rooms that accommodate 30 to 40 people each are also available.
