The venue is available to rent for events. The Sandstone Lobby is a two-story glass vestibule that opens indo the courtyard. The lobby will accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner. The enclosed Brick Courtyard is a splendid outdoor setting that will accommodate up to 400 people for events. The Glass Pavilion will accommodate up to 60 people for seated meals. The Steele Auditorium seats 272 people for theater events. The Boardroom seats up to 50 people. The Classroom seats up to 30 people. Daytime, evening, and wedding packages are available.

ASU Gammage is one of the largest university-based presenters of performing arts in the world. Frank Lloyd Wright designed the building as an opera house and construction was completed in 1964. The performance hall has 3,000 seats and well-balanced acoustics throughout. ASU Gammage is available to rent for events such as concerts, plays, musicals, choral presentations, comedians, dance, graduations, lectures, meetings, training sessions, and pre and post show receptions.

The ASU Memorial Union is the central meeting and conference center for student organizations and campus organizations. The Union is also available for use by other organizations and businesses from the larger community during various times of the year.
