The Deschutes County Fair and Expo Center is located on a landscaped 132 acre site. The fairgrounds have fourteen meeting rooms plus the event center. The various rooms and the event center can accommodate between 25 and 8,000 people. The fairgrounds also include the Center Court, a landscaped 3.65 acre event setting with lawns, ponds, a waterfall and a windmill. The fairgrounds have views of several mountain peaks including Mt Bachelor, the Three Sisters, Mt Washington, Broken Top and Mt Jefferson.

Eagle Crest is a destination resort just outside of Redmond on 1,700 acres. The resort makes a scenic and luxurious setting for all sorts of events including weddings, reunions, business retreats and parties. The resort has a 4,608 square foot ballroom available for events that can accommodate groups up to 360 people or be split into four smaller rooms. Attached to the ballrooms, the resort has a 5,431 square foot room for banquets, meetings or exhibits that can accommodate groups of 425 people or be divided into two smaller rooms. Imperial River Company offers services and amenities for all sorts of group events from small meetings to large weddings. The facilities are located on the bank of the Deschutes River. A banquet room, dining room, patio and outdoor settings are available. The lawn and patio can accommodate up to 150 people. For indoor events, Redside Room can accommodate up to 60 people. Overnight guests can get a room in the lodge.
