Buckeye, Arizona was established in 1888 after the completion of the Buckeye Canal in 1886, and was incorporated in 1926. Buckeye is home to the Helzapoppin Days festival, which includes a parade, a rodeo, a carnival and street dances and has been a local tradition since 1935. The Buckeye Community Center offers exercise equipment, computers, a library, classes, and special programs for seniors. The center is available to rent for weddings and other special events such as receptions, birthday parties, and graduations.
Nardini Manor

Nardini Manor is a privately owned historic landmark built in 1912 that currently sits on 5½ acres. The exquisite gardens include a beautiful English Maze. The manor provides a lovely setting for weddings and other events with a 6,000 square feet reception area that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
